I can hear audio but it is low
If you have trouble hearing your audio, check the recording volume or your speaker volume.
To check the recording level for your microphone or input device
- From the Start menu, point to Settings; then choose Control Panel.
The Control Panel is displayed.
- Click or double click the Multimedia icon to open the Multimedia Control Panel.
- With the Audio tab selected, use the Recording Volume slider to adjust the recording level. At a minimum, this level should be set at 50%.

- If your Multimedia Control Panel does not have a recording Volume slider, click to display the recording
Properties dialog box. Then, use this dialog box to adjust the recording level for your microphone or input device.
